Formed in 1994.
A professional orchestra playing folk music of Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
They have performed at many hall concerts and various events such as Oktoberfest. They have performed at the German Festival organized by the German Embassy in Tokyo every year since 2011. They are often requested by German companies to perform at parties and other events.
Sakura Kitagawa
Yodeling singer and member of Nikikai Opera, Graduated from Kunitachi College of Music, Department of Vocal Music.
In 2008, she was certified as the highest class 1 (Erste class) at the Swiss Federal Yodelfest, and since then has been certified multiple times until 2018, and has often been featured on SRF (Swiss National Broadcasting) and other media.
In 2009, he published the first Japanese CD of Swiss yodeling in Switzerland, which became a hot topic in the local media.
In 2011, she was the first Asian yodel singer to guest perform at the 6500-person Hofbräuhaus Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany, and has participated for three consecutive years. She has also appeared on German TV ZDF.
